A Message from Joe Theismann about Mouthguards

Looking back over my years of playing football I always made sure to use the right equipment to ensure my safety, this included mouthguards. My mouthguard provided protection to my teeth and jaw dozens of times.  Now some studies show that mouthguards even protect athletes from head injuries.  I encourage every athlete competing in contact sports to wear a proper fitting mouthguard when they compete.
